Q1: Is your company a factory or a trading company?

We have our own factory and own trading company.

Q2: What products do you have?

We have all kinds of PVC plastic hoses, rubber hoses, related raw materials and fittings for hoses.

Q3: What kind of price did you quote me?

It is the FOB Qingdao price.

Q4: Can I have some samples before placing an order?

Yes, you can get free samples, but please pay the shipping fee first. We’ll return it to you after the order is confirmed.

Q5: Can I customize the color, printing, thickness and package, etc?

Yes, we will make the products according to your needs.

Q6: What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

Usually, our MOQ is 500 kgs, but it will vary according to specific size. If we have other similar orders, we can also help you with a small quantity.

Q7: What are the available payment methods?

Normally T/T or L/C. 30% deposit first, the remaining 70% before loading the container.

Q8: What is the lead time?

Generally, the lead time is 20~25 days. It will be about 30 days in busy season.

Q9: Will the price change according to the fluctuations of raw material prices?

Yes, it will change accordingly.
